At its June 17, 2026 meeting, the APCD Board took action to revise their Rules of Procedure, effectively changing when the Executive Committee will meet. Under the revised Rules of Procedure, the Executive Committee will now only meet on an "as needed" basis. Membership on the Executive Committee consists of the Chair, Vice Chair, and Immediate Past Chair of the Board. Executive Committee meetings are subject to all Brown Act requirements and include published agendas, official minutes and public comment.
